Hugh Games ("we", "our", "us") operates hugh.games as part of the SKYNET ECOSYSTEM. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Server logs: Standard access logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) collected by our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront/S3) for security and analytics. Retained 90 days.
• Game state: When you play a game, your progress (scores, levels) is stored only in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no advertising cookies.

What we do not collect

• Names, emails, phone numbers — we have no signup forms
• Payment information — we do not sell anything on hugh.games
• Cross-site behavior

Third-party content

Game pages may load Phaser.js from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that single library request.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect almost no personal data, the practical answer is: clear your browser's local storage to remove all game progress data we have access to.
